Robert Monteith
CEO and Founder
Robert Monteith is the founder and CEO of ARC Industries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Postgraduate degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Loughborough University with a specialization in Ocean Energy. His vision for the company is to be a driving force of change in the energy industry and inspire others to bring about change.
Kevin Monteith
CTO
Kevin has a bachelors in computer science from Bridgewater State University. Runs a highschool robotics team out of Holbrook, Massachusetts. Is a self taught programmer fluent in languages such as Java, C++, PHP, Javascript, XML and Python.
Jeffrey Corado
Chief Engineer
Jeffrey Corado is one of the Co-Founders of ARC Industries. He holds a Bachelors and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Aeronautics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Jeffrey brings with him multiple years of experience in various fields of engineering. As an Analytical Engineer at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, he worked on creating analytical models for mission critical hardware. During his employment at Tesla, his task was to improve the overall equipment efficiency for the Battery Pack Manufacturing assembly lines. At Lucid Motors as a Powertrain Manufacturing Engineer, he is involved in various operations, which include process/equipment/test/controls, related projects
Jenny Marquez
Project Manager
Jenny Marquez graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2013 with a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and graduated from Webster University in 2019 with a masters in Management and Leadership. Jenny in an Army Veteran with multiple years of Human Resource Management experience.
Maria Armour
Wildlife Advisor and Benefit Officer
Maria has been studying bats for over 15 years. Her research interests span from functional morphological to ecology and conservation. Currently, her focus is on North American bat bioacoustics; a study where she mentors undergraduate research students. In addition to her scientific research, Maria is an instructor in higher education, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Bat Biology and Soundscape Ecology. Maria is passionate about changing the public’s perception of bats and has been active in outreach; giving talks to educational groups, regional clubs and running public bat walks.
Andrea Monteith
Treasurer
Andrea has 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. She held a position in public accounting at an international accounting firm in the 1980s. More recently, she was the controller for a major automotive aftermarket company in New England for over twenty years. She was a board member and treasurer for a local non-profit environmental organization and is currently serving as treasurer for non-profit school robotics team.
